Orange-shanked Treefrog
The "orange shanks" on this frog are on the hidden surfaces of the calves, where they are not apparent in this picture. But the black-and-white thighs and single white spot under each eye are also clues to its identity. Matt Cage has better pictures of the black-and-white thighs of this particular frog on his website.
