Pseudophilautus hoipolloi
—
Anthropogenic Shrub Frog
This species of Pseudophilautus has the best scientific name of them all, which poetically alludes to the fact that these frogs occur in large numbers in home gardens and other human-altered environments. I'm very glad that the need to name 27 new species at once allowed (forced?) the authors to use some creativity in the naming process.
