Pseudophilautus auratus
—
Golden Shrub Frog
This is yet another of the 27 new species of (what is now) Pseudophilautus described in 2005. This species is named for its golden color, though maybe that is a somewhat hyperbolic way to describe the slightly-warm brown of the individuals I photographed.
This is one of your cuter Pseudophilautus species, due to its small size and extra-large eyes.
