Ingerophrynus parvus
—
Lesser Stream Toad
Also known as:
Lesser Toad, Dwarf Stream Toad

On a night where I saw sixteen frog species, all of them new to me, this species of toad boasted the most individuals. I've only included photos of a few of them here, but I saw many others, most of which were spotted by my guide Kurt "Orion" G.
My Travelogues and Trip Lists page includes a complete list of the herps I saw in the wild on this trip to Malaysia, as well as a travelogue of the trip.

After my first night in Malaysia when I saw many of these toads, I assumed I would see many more throughout the rest of my trip. On my second night, I saw a handful including this one, but after that I never saw another.
