This anole would formerly have been considered to be Anolis distichus, but that species got split into a bunch of species based in part on dewlap color. Unfortunately, at least two of the candidate species (Anolis ignigularis and Anolis properus) are known from this area, and this one is not showing its dewlap, so I can't tell which one this is.
